LEAD.HER_™ is a leadership and wellbeing organisation founded by Dr Hardeep Kaur Basi to support women and mothers, particularly those in dentistry, to pursue career aspirations, focus on holistic wellbeing and lead life on their own terms.

Born from Hardeep’s personal experience of juggling motherhood and career progression, LEAD.HER_™ empowers women to overcome overwhelm, master their time and prioritise mental and physical self-care without guilt. Through tailored 1:1 coaching, leadership group programmes, motivational speaking engagements and luxury wellbeing retreats, LEAD.HER_™ helps women reconnect with who they want to be.
