Dr Hardeep Kaur Basi is a passionate general dentist and leadership mentor based in Scotland, with a mission to empower women in dentistry to step into leadership roles with confidence and clarity. With over a decade of clinical experience, she combines her deep understanding of the profession with her fellowship in clinical leadership and mental health first aid.
Hardeep is the founder of LEAD•HER: The Dental Motherhood, a compassionate leadership-focused platform designed to support mothers in dentistry who aspire to lead, influence and grow while still taking care of themselves. Hardeep helps women embrace leadership, build confidence, and navigate the complexities of motherhood and career challenges with compassion and clarity. Through this work, she helps women break through self-doubt, embrace authenticity, and build impactful careers in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. Hardeep is known for organising luxury self-care retreats to help mothers in dentistry prioritise their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
Known for her friendly and uplifting presence, Hardeep has delivered powerful sessions on self-leadership, emotional resilience, and confidence. As a proud mum of two, she brings lived experience and real-world insight to her role in DMN, where she advocates for mothers to lead life on their terms.
