Dr Raabiha Maan is a Principal Dentist and co-owner of Bridge Dental Practice & Cosmetic Studio in London. She practices general dentistry with a particular interest in cosmetic and restorative work, with a strong emphasis on creating positive, comfortable patient experiences.
At the heart of her work is communication. Dr Maan believes that the difference between good dentistry and great dentistry lies in how we connect with our patients. Her approach focuses on building trust, understanding patient needs, and creating meaningful relationships that not only improve clinical outcomes but also increase case acceptance, patient satisfaction, and overall enjoyment of the job.
She is the founder of the Patient Journey Academy, an online education platform dedicated to teaching dentists the non-clinical skills often missing from traditional training. Through her courses and in-person workshops, she has trained over 1,000 dentists in communication, ethical treatment planning, and delivering a seamless patient journey from first interaction to completion of care.
Dr Maan is passionate about mentoring and coaching dentists who want more from their careers. She now offers shadowing opportunities for those who want to experience firsthand how she works- from how she communicates with patients, to how she leads her team, structures appointments, and creates an environment where dentistry feels both effective and enjoyable. Shadowing is not just about clinical observation, but about understanding what makes dentistry fulfilling on a day-to-day level.
Alongside clinical practice, she wears many hats. She is the Founder and CEO of the Dental Mums Network, host of a dental podcast, co-author of Dentistry in a Nutshell, active on social media, and a mum of three – all while continuing to build platforms that support and empower dentists at every stage of their careers.
