Kayley Macaulay is an award-winning Dental Hygienist and Therapist with a career rooted in both clinical excellence and visionary leadership. After graduating from Portsmouth University in 2010, she worked across general practice and hospital settings, including Poole Hospital, where she treated oncology and trauma patients.
Driven by a passion for high standards and innovation, Kayley pursued advanced postgraduate training in minimally invasive restorative dentistry and periodontology. Her commitment to excellence has earned her multiple accolades, including UK Best Hygienist and UK Best Therapist (South) at the Dentistry Awards.
In 2018, just a year after becoming a mum, Kayley founded her own squat dental practice in Dorset. Under her leadership, the clinic has grown into a thriving, multi-award-winning centre focused on dental implants and EMS GBT, expanding from five to over twenty team members. As a Swiss Dental Academy Trainer, she continues to champion progressive, digitally enhanced dentistry and the full clinical scope of hygienists and therapists.
Now a mum of three, Kayley is passionate about creating workplace environments where professionals are supported, mentored, and empowered to work at the top of their scope, without limits.
